Orangewood is excited to partner with The Jobs Partnership ministry and join with other Eatonville churches to kickoff the second annual learning center in Eatonville this Fall 2007. Jobs Partnership applies an innovative approach to workforce development that provides a lasting solution to the challenges of insecurity, low self-esteem, and inconsistent work ethic in today's workplace.
The success of this unique ministry comes by training people and building strategic relationships with businesses ready to hire the graduates.
We train people on work-relevant biblical principles that result in changes of heart that improve both their performance and their attitudes towards work. The LIFE & WORK curriculum is a 12 week course 2 nights a week.
