Eatonville Home Renovation

In early January, a group of pastors, elders and deacons from nine churches (St. Lawrence AME, Christ Gospel, Maitland Apostolic, Agape Temple of Faith, Open Door Baptist and The Life Center, Orangewood Presbyterian, St. Paul Presbyterian, and Northland: A Church Distributed) selected and unanimously agreed that Mrs. Geraldine Harmon of 326 Fords Avenue in Eatonville had the home with the most urgent need of repair. Mrs. Harmon is a 56 year-old widow whose husband died five years ago. She cares for a 15 year-old son as she struggles through chemotherapy and lymphodema as a breast cancer victim. The house is in a state of severe disrepair and is in desperate need of a supreme makeover! Although every major system of the house requires renovation, it appears on initial analysis that the shell can be saved. The coalition of churches want to pool manpower and financial resources in order to share the love of Christ with Mrs. Harmon and her son. Come join us as we build community together with brothers and sisters who love the Lord and want Him to receive the glory!
